BPGS Construction Team Celebrates at Annual Fall Outing

The BPGS Construction team recently stepped away from job sites and project offices to gather at Ramsey Farms for our annual Fall outing to celebrate recent victories. The afternoon brought everyone together for good food, friendly competition, and some Oktoberfest-themed lawn games. Catering was provided by Ennis BBQ & Grill.
During the outing, John Groth, BPGS Construction’s Executive Vice President of Development and Construction, recognized the team’s recent work, highlighting several projects recently delivered or nearing completion:
- Brandywine Zoo Hidden Falls: Brand-new $2.5 million multi-species exhibit.
- The Press: 243-unit, $59 million multifamily development in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, featuring a 14-story residential tower and duplex community on a 1.15-acre urban site.
- The Asters: $75 million, 235,000 SF multi-family community, the first residential development on UD’s STAR Campus.
- Aurora Place: Upcoming 44-unit residential conversion project located within the former Delaware College of Art and Design building.
- Rowhaus: 164-unit multifamily community along the Wilmington Riverfront, featuring studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with views of the Christina River.
- The Standard: 363-unit Luxury apartment community, located within the former Nemours Building at 221 W Tenth, 97 units delivered in Phase 3.
- Market West Club: Exclusive lifestyle amenity suite including golf simulator, state-of-the-art fitness center, and game room.
