BPGS Construction is partnering with the Buccini Pollin Group and the University of Delaware to deliver The Asters, a $75 million, 235,000 SF multi-family community located at 101 Discovery Boulevard. As the first residential development on UD’s 272-acre Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus, the seven-story project is transforming the former Chrysler assembly plant site into a vibrant, well-connected hub to live, work, and innovate. The project builds on BPGS’s long-standing partnership with the university, following its previous construction of the University Bookstore and Bloom Energy—the initial building on the STAR Campus.
