BPGS Construction Recognized with STEP Platinum Safety Award
June 1, 2026 9:05 amBPGS Construction was recognized as a STEP Platinum award recipient at the ABC Delaware STEP Safety Awards Dinner held at Deerfield in Newark, Delaware.
The STEP Safety Management System, developed by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), provides contractors and suppliers with a framework to evaluate safety programs, measure performance, and benchmark safety practices across the construction industry. The Platinum designation recognizes companies that demonstrate strong safety management practices and a commitment to maintaining safe project environments.
Safety remains a key focus across BPGS Construction projects. Teams work to implement effective processes and maintain high standards on every job site.
BPGS also recognizes Michele Garcia, Safety Administrator, for her leadership and involvement with ABC Delaware. Michele previously served as Committee Chairperson for ABC Delaware’s Safety, Health & Wellness Committee, helping support safety initiatives within the organization and across the industry.
