PROJECT COMPLETION: Subaru Park Premium Clubs

BPGS Construction is proud to share the completion of two new premium fan spaces at Subaru Park in partnership with the Philadelphia Union.

The project includes The Commodore, a 2,400 square foot English-style pub located at field level by the River End, and 2010 North, a 1,500 square foot speakeasy-inspired lounge positioned on the field side of the North End. Designed to elevate the matchday experience, both spaces provide fans with direct access to the action while offering distinct hospitality environments.

The Commodore features draft beers, classic pub fare, and banquette seating in a setting inspired by traditional English pubs. Positioned at field level, the space offers an immersive atmosphere that blends social gathering with premium viewing.

2010 North delivers a more intimate lounge experience, highlighted by a signature luxury bar and premium cocktail program. The speakeasy-style design creates a refined yet inviting space for fans seeking an elevated game-day environment.

This project continues BPGS Construction’s strong partnership with the Philadelphia Union. Previous collaborations include the WSFS Bank Sportsplex, Union Yards, Subaru Park, the Power Training Complex, and the Union’s Practice Fields. Together, these projects reflect the value of long-term partnerships built on trust, shared vision, and a commitment to delivering high-quality spaces that serve both the organization and the broader community.
