• Renovation of 1940s era industrial support building into a state-of-the-art training facility for Major League Soccer team Philadelphia Union
• Located at the Rivertown Annex
• Installation of all new new building utilities and infrastructure including all HVAC, plumbing, electric and fire suppression systems
• Construction of new 2-stop hole less hydraulic elevator and stair tower
• Installation of new 10′ x 22′ arched windows within existing openings
• Construction of a hydrotherapy suite consisting of hot and cold tubs, underwater treadmill, shower and infrared sauna
• Construction of various customized spaces for use by players and coaches including offices, locker rooms, physical therapy suite, player lounge, video screening room and 3,000 SF weight room
