Project Completion: Corteva Wilmington Office
April 2, 2026 6:23 pmBPGS Construction recently completed a 48,000-square-foot office renovation for Corteva Agriscience at 1000 N West in Wilmington.
The project spans two full floors and focused on expanding Corteva’s footprint within the building while maintaining alignment with the company’s existing office standards. Work included both renovation of occupied areas and demolition of underutilized space to support a more cohesive layout.
Project Scope
- Full carpet replacement across both floors
- Expansion into the remaining portion of the 8th floor, including complete demolition and buildout
- Installation of a living wall feature at the 9th floor reception area
- Repainting of the entire space
- Renovation of the 8th floor restrooms
The completed space provides a consistent environment across both levels, supporting day-to-day operations and long-term use.
The project was led by Project Executive Ryan Givler, Project Engineer Colin Fowler, and Superintendent Chris Terzaghi. BPGS Construction is proud to support Corteva Agriscience’s continued presence in Wilmington through the successful delivery of their brand new Class A office space.
