BPGS Associate JT Farro Continues Path of Military Service

BPGS Construction Associate JT Farro is temporarily stepping away from his role as Project Engineer as he continues his service in the Army National Guard.

JT’s military career began in 2018 when he enlisted in the Delaware Army National Guard as a Tactical Power Generation Specialist. After completing Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, he continued his development through ROTC at the University of Delaware. In December 2024, he earned his commission as a 2nd Lieutenant.

He currently serves as an Infantry Officer with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 109th Infantry Regiment in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. JT will now attend the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course (IBOLC), the next required phase of training for Infantry Officers, focused on preparing lieutenants to lead platoons in operational environments and further develop leadership and tactical readiness.

JT has shared that the most meaningful part of his military experience has been the people he has served alongside and the responsibility of leading others. That perspective has carried into his professional work, where discipline, accountability, and teamwork remain central to how he operates, and part of what makes a role at BPGS a great career match.

“The opportunity to serve and lead others is a privilege,” JT said. “I strive to be the best soldier and leader I can be and have a positive impact on those I serve with.”

We are proud to support JT as he continues this important phase of his military development and appreciate the commitment he brings to both his service and his role at BPGS Construction. We thank all service men and women for their continued dedication.

JT has previously worked on the restoration project at The Creamery of Kennet Square.
