• Renovated a dated chlorine treatment facility dormant & unused since the 1980s.
• The old interior was filled with concrete pads, dirty CMU walls, antique equipment, and other debris. The facility did not have electric, running water, or HVAC.
• The space is the newly dedicated data server office for the largest waste water treatment plant on the East Coast.
