The fit out was a large combination of open floor plans with systems furniture with a number of quiet rooms and conference rooms scattered about. The quiet rooms were a combination of BPGS Construction’s framed up walls and Sargent & Lundy’s “Systems Furniture Glass Walls”. It was a large coordinated effort to make sure “Systems Furniture Glass Walls” fit as designed. Since Sargent & Lundy is an engineering design firm their data center was extremely technical. The drawings did not give any specifics on the technical aspects of the room. The room essentially became a design build project with BPGS Construction leading the way while receiving the technical direction from Sargent & Lundy.
