• Creation of two (2) fully functional ADA compliant classroom/daycare areas to meet the needs of the Army/Community
• Upgrades to existing bathroom facilities to meet current ADA requirements in multiple locations
• Creation of an education center, creative arts, examination and interview as well as two (2) ADA compliant restrooms at the Army’s Senior Care Center
• Creation of a fully functional computer ready multi-purpose room
• Upgraded the existing fire suppression service to the building
• Installation of a code compliant sprinkler system to protect the renovated and selected existing areas/rooms
• Performed isolated asbestos abatement to facilitate construction
