  • Phase 1: Consists of three 5-story buildings. Completed in June 2019, Buildings B, D, and E included 166 luxury apartments, 30,000 square feet of retail space, a private pool and outdoor courtyard, two-story resident clubhouse complete with a game room and media center, as well as a two-story fitness center, and dog washing station.
  • Phase 2: Will bring an additional apartment building with 60 units and 12,000 SF of retail. Phase 2 also includes a brand new 60,000 SF Class A building for Marlette Funding’s new headquarters and a 5,000 SF tenant fit out for NovaCare. Building C and NovaCare are under construction and slated for completion in August 2021. Marlette Funding was completed in July 2021.
  • Phase 3: Final phase of the mixed-use redevelopment includes 2 additional apartment buildings totaling 113 additional units. Building A and F are currently under construction and slated for completion in Summer 2022.
  • Upon completion, the redevelopment will introduce a total of 353 residential units to the community, 42,000 SF of retail, and 30,000 SF of Class A office space. In addition to Marlette Funding, BPGS completed office fit outs for Paypal and The Mill Concord and retail fit outs for Platinum Dining Group restaurants Taverna and El Camino Mexican KitchenManhattan BagelAmstel BarbershopSolidcore, and Legion Transformation Center.
