• High-end fit-out of floors 3-13 for the Chemours Company headquarters
• Project features a new 2-story entrance lobby on Market Street and (4) sets of stone clad radiused intercommunicating stairs
• 315 TV/video monitors throughout
• 500 panels of existing marble were salvaged and reused, which equates to approximately 50 tons of material
• Full plaster restoration of the original Hotel du Pont ballroom on the 11th floor, uncovered during demolition, which will serve as a “Town Hall” space for Chemours
