Project Progress: Rowhaus

Construction continues on Rowhaus, a 164-unit mixed-use residential community under construction at 308 Justison Street along the Wilmington Riverfront. Developed in partnership with Buccini Pollin Group, the project is scheduled to open in late summer 2026 and will introduce studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 600 to 1,100 square feet.

Recent construction activity has focused on advancing both the building exterior and interior spaces. Exterior crews are completing installation of the Z-girt fiberglass support system along the façade in preparation for zinc metal panel installation. This work will continue the progression of the building envelope and bring the exterior closer to completion.

Inside the building, crews continue drywall and insulation installation throughout residential floors. With the roofing membrane complete, upcoming work will include installation of flooring, cabinetry, and countertops as the project moves through interior completion.

When complete, Rowhaus will feature:

As construction progresses, Rowhaus moves closer to completion and will add 164 new apartments to the Wilmington Riverfront community.
