Project Progress: Humble Park Residential

The elevator towers at 317 N. Market St are up!

The 61-unit residential development will span three buildings, increasing from four to six stories across the site. One and two-bedroom apartments will feature high-end finishes and modern conveniences, and interior units will overlook a lightwell in the center of the building, providing ample natural light for residents. The community will boast a fitness center, resident lounge, and co-working space.
