Harlan Flats Brings More to Wilmington Riverfront with Phase II Construction
February 25, 2016 8:30 pmJust last year, BPGS Construction completed Phase I of The Residences at Harlan Flats along the thriving Wilmington Riverfront. Phase I of Harlan Flats included the common area, amenity spaces, courtyard and pool, and 116 units arranged in the u-shaped building that currently comprises ¾ of the parcel and block. Phase II aims to complete the block by building an addition that will include another 76 apartment units above covered parking spaces with a projected completion date of Spring 2017.
The Residences at Harlan Flats Phase 2 is a continued example of BPGS Construction’s dedication to quality and perfection for its clients. Each of the modern apartments will be equipped with quartz counter-tops, low maintenance faux wood plank flooring throughout, stainless-steel appliances, a full size front load washer and dryer and floor-to-ceiling views of the riverfront and surrounding area.
