BPGS Construction Breaks Ground on New Apartments on Wilmington Riverfront

BPGS has begun construction on new apartments on Wilmington Riverfront, located at 308 Justison Street. The new development adds 164 luxury residences to one of Wilmington’s fastest-growing districts.

This seven-story multifamily building will offer a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 600 to 1,100 SF. In-unit, modern finishes will include stainless steel appliances, large windows, and in-unit laundry. Some units will boast private balconies or terraces with views of the Christina River.

DIGSAU, the award-winning architecture firm behind the design, incorporated large windows, contemporary aesthetics, and natural materials that complement the Riverfront’s evolving character. The structure emphasizes both form and function. Inside, residents will enjoy a strong amenity package: rooftop terrace, coworking spaces, resident lounge with a communal kitchen, full fitness center, and a private pool with a landscaped courtyard.

Site preparation is complete, and crews are actively working on the foundation. Vertical construction will begin this summer. The project is expected to deliver in Summer 2026.
