BPGS Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Associate Dinner
October 10, 2024 9:02 pmOn February 17, 1999, BPGS Construction was founded as an affiliate company of the Buccini Pollin Group (BPG) and has since grown from a small fit-out contractor to one of the largest construction & development management firms in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In 25 years, BPGS has developed nearly 50 ground-up builds throughout the nation, from New York to Portland, D.C. to Nashville, Pittsburgh to New Orleans as well as countless renovations and fit-out projects.
To recognize this incredible milestone, we planned time throughout the year to celebrate with each of the individuals who have shared in our success. From a happy hour with our partners at Buccini Pollin Group to a subcontractor appreciation event at Union Yards to a family fun day at the Philadelphia Phillies, we’ve had an incredible year so far highlighting our achievements and the remarkable people behind them.
No one is more deserving of celebration than our own associates, whose dedication to the BPGS “ownership mentality” is why we’ve been able to achieve 25 years in business. Our associates are some of the best in the business, and work hard every day to keep our projects on schedule, within budget, and upholding the high standards we’ve become known for.
As our final milestone event this year, we hosted a celebratory dinner for our associates at Le Cavalier in the HOTEL DU PONT earlier this month. Associates and their guests gathered to commemorate our 25th anniversary over an evening filled with great food, drinks, and camaraderie. During the event, President Wesley Schwandt and Executive Vice President of Construction John Groth shared heartfelt remarks, expressing gratitude to many of the associates who have been with BPGS for over a decade and confidence in the next generation of leaders at BPGS.
The dinner not only marked a significant milestone but also reinforced the bonds within our BPGS family. We believe that these connections are vital to our continued success, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and inspired to contribute their best. With a strong foundation built on trust and collaboration, we are confident that, with our dedicated team, BPGS will not only celebrate past achievements but also create a bright future.
