Building a Plaza for Everyday Use
The redesigned plaza introduces a functional outdoor setting built to handle constant activity. Our construction team combined natural materials, modern hardscaping, and intentional layout choices to create a space that feels open and comfortable. The finished design gives tenants room to relax, meet, and move through the property with ease. Key elements include:

Enhancing the WSFS Bank Center Through Thoughtful Construction
The plaza upgrades complement recent interior improvements throughout the WSFS Bank Center. BPGS Construction delivered a full fitness center with showers, a flexible conferencing hub, and a clubroom with marketplace options. The BlueBird, which opened in late 2024, now pairs naturally with the expanded outdoor area. Each project supports movement, collaboration, and comfort. Together, they show our commitment to building workplaces that feel modern, efficient, and connected.
A Long-Standing Partnership
WSFS Bank has been the anchor tenant of the tower since its completion in 2006. The institution recently renewed a long-term lease with BPG and continues to occupy more than 74,000 square feet. Nearly 300 Associates work onsite each day. Their continued investment highlights the strength of our partnership and the value of maintaining high-quality workspaces in Wilmington.
