The Residences at Harlan Flats Construction Timeline

BPGS Construction is proud to show off the progress of The Residences at Harlan Flats, Wilmington’s first resort-style community.

The Residences of Harlan Flats is located at 401 Justison Street in the heart of Riverfront Wilmington’s vibrant waterfront district. The community consists of 116 luxury apartments complete with amenities including a courtyard swimming pool, outdoor lounge with fire pit , and barbecue area, fitness center, garage parking, resident lounge and business center.

The modern apartments are unique to the area boasting quartz counter-tops, low maintenance wood plank flooring throughout, stainless-steel appliances, a full size front load washer and dryer and floor to ceiling views of the riverfront and surrounding area.
