Over Summer break 2025, BPGS Construction partnered with Saint Edmond’s Academy, alongside project architect ABHA for campus renovations and upgrades, including:

• Renovation of four classrooms, adjoining hallways, and bathrooms
• Installation of a new VRF heating and air conditioning system
• Upgraded LED lighting throughout
• Custom classroom casework and interior finish improvements
• New storefront windows to improve energy efficiency and aesthetics
• Seal coating and striping of campus parking lots

Through detailed planning and collaboration, the project was completed on a tight timeline, ensuring the campus was fully prepared for students and staff to return in September. The successful delivery of this project reflects BPGS Construction’s dedication to meeting critical client schedules on every project.
