• Core and shell renovation including: complete façade renovation, slab to roof clear curtain wall windows and new EIFS exterior façade; all conducted on an occupied building
• (20) 14×20 holes cut into the existing masonry façade to accommodate a new foundation to roof glass system
• All façade work was completed while demolishing the entire second floor and coordinating a contemporary 20,000 SF office fit-out
