• Addition of new water and electrical services to building, subdividing the upper apartments, base building and retail
• Built in accordance with the standards and procedures of the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) and meeting requirements of the Historic Preservation committee
• Installation of all new historic windows
• Restoration of existing exterior Terracotta facade, addition of canvas awning and exterior lighting
