• Built in accordance with the standards and procedures of the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) and meeting requirements of the Historic Preservation committee
• Basement level amenity spaces including fitness center, resident lounge, work center and conference room
• Construction of 1st Floor leasing offices for Market Street Village leasing group
• Detailed demolition of interior structure and abatement of contaminated materials
• Demolition of existing stair tower and elevator, made way for installation of new interior stair sections as well as exterior/interconnecting stair between the two adjoining buildings
• Improvements to exterior including complete masonry restoration and addition of exterior lighting
