The Creamery is a historic milk-plant turned in to a full-service restaurant, bar, and community gathering space. BPGS was chosen to perform extensive structural remediation and reimagine the property as a dynamic event venue, designed to support everything from large gatherings to intimate celebrations while honoring the building’s industrial heritage.

Project Scope:

• Structural remediation and stabilization of the existing historic stone structure
• Renovation of the building/property into a multi-use event venue
• Main event space designed for large gatherings and celebrations
• Upgrades to smaller interior areas for private dining and cocktail events
• Enhanced outdoor amenities, including patios and decks on multiple sides of the building
• Installation of all new building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing
• Upper-level renovations featuring a new elevator and stair tower for improved accessibility
• Interior finishes that reflect the building’s historic industrial character, incorporating decorative lighting, custom millwork, and creative reuse of existing materials
