“The question most often asked when reviewing services and/or the work done is, “Would you used BPGS Construction again?” DCAD’s answer is a resounding, “Yes!” We respect and appreciate every effort they made to accommodate our needs and the needs of the building. We never had a situation that caused conflict or required mediation. The college had full confidence in the company going into the project and that carried through until the end. Again, the project was the reclamation of an empty, unpromising building that had little appeal to others. Retrofitting and rehabilitating it into a dormitory is consistent with DCAD’s stated mission of being a catalyst for revitalization in downtown Wilmington and the project is parallel to the philosophy of BPGS Construction.”
