BPGS Construction completed a 48,000-square-foot office fit-out for Corteva Agriscience at 1000 N West in Wilmington, Delaware. Working across two full floors, our team renovated existing office space and demoed underutilized space to seamlessly expand Corteva’s footprint while maintaining alignment with their existing office standards and brand aesthetic. The result is a refreshed, high-performing workspace that enhances both functionality and employee experience.
