Project Progress: The Mill Expansion
January 11, 2024 4:26 pmThis week the BPGS team reached a major project milestone for The Mill Expansion and received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy!
With the 38,000 SF expansion, The Mill at Market West becomes the largest co-working space in Delaware encompassing 96,000 SF along the third and fourth floors of the building. The project includes 17 office suites of various size, eight single offices, seven terraces, five community spaces, two conference rooms, and a podcast suite.
Congratulations to Project Engineer Amen Ahmed and Superintendent Ian Glewwe on this achievement!
