Project Completion: Clarence Fraim Boys & Girls Club Fitness Center

The project converted approximately 2,500 square feet of former garage and warehouse space into a modern fitness and wellness facility specifically designed to support youth development and healthy lifestyles.
A Transformation Rooted in Adaptive Reuse
The renovation focused on adaptive reuse and practical functionality, transforming underutilized space into a durable, high-performance environment. The facility now features a new glass storefront entrance with a secure vestibule and updated overhead garage doors, blending modern accessibility with the building’s original industrial character.

Specialized Finishes: Installation of wall padding, expansive mirrors, and acoustical ceilings.
