At BPGS Construction, our associates embody the principles of responsibility, accountability, and honesty in every project. Meet Alex Hantman, Project Engineer II and University of Delaware graduate.

Q. Why did you choose BPGS Construction over other construction companies?
A. “I interned with BPGS while we were building The Cooper and really enjoyed the internship experience as well as the camaraderie with coworkers. This experience set BPGS apart from others in my mind.”

Q. What makes BPGS Unique?
A. “What makes BPGS unique from other construction management firms is that as an associate you’ll get early exposure and experience to many aspects of the construction industry that you might not get at other construction management firms.”

Q. What are the benefits of working for a smaller company like BPGS?
A. “The close-knit bond the associates share.”

Q. What made you join the construction industry?
A. “I interned in various engineering roles outside of the construction industry and ultimately decided that I enjoyed the construction industry more than other fields from my experience working in these roles.”

Outside of work, Alex likes playing soccer and the book The Alchemist.
