Building a Stronger Community: 2025 Annual Day of Service
October 21, 2025 5:02 pmAt BPGS Construction, we build more than structures. We build stronger communities. This year, associates took part in our 2025 Annual Day of Service, giving back with hands-on projects that make a visible difference.
Our teams volunteered with Faithful Friends, Boys & Girls Club, Neighborhood House, Friendship House, Humane Animal Partners, Wilmington Parks Department, and the Food Bank of Delaware. Projects ranged from spreading mulch, painting, and landscaping, to organizing donated clothing, and building colony cat houses. These practical tasks allowed teams to make a real, tangible impact in our local neighborhoods.
Associates shared that working on these projects was rewarding and eye-opening. They learned about local organizations they hadn’t known before and enjoyed teaming up with colleagues from different departments. The day strengthened relationships, highlighted teamwork, and showed the value of rolling up sleeves to get things done.
The 2025 Annual Day of Service reflects our core values: creativity, ingenuity, and efficiency. By actively participating in community projects, associates show how skill, effort, and collaboration can deliver real, tangible results. The initiative also inspires ongoing volunteer work beyond the annual event.
