BPGS Construction’s Project The Westin Featured in Hotel News Now!

The 180 room first class hotel is an excellent example of a successful “design-build” project. BPGS Construction worked as a team with BBGM ensuring the project remained within budget and was completed in a timely fashion. The team found having a single point of contact was a great advantage and was even able to surpass the expectations of the client. As Vanessa N. Stanley, New Hotel Openings Project Manager explained, “…They went above and beyond to get the job done and there was no “I” in their team.”
Drago Vasko, Project Manager for The Westin stated, “Being a construction management company closely tied with the owner that is very involved, we have the ability to make changes without significantly effecting the schedule. Almost all of our project are combination of a design built projects. We are also involved from the infant stages and there is a great continuity and familiarity with the projects.”
