BPGS Construction in the News: The Groundbreaking of The Residences at Mid-town Park
June 21, 2016 12:21 pmBPGS Construction’s 75 million dollar project is making headlines. The Residences at Mid-town Park consists of 200 apartments ranging from studios to two bedrooms and will provide high-end amenities unseen in the Delaware market including a demonstration kitchen and dog washing area. The apartments will also feature a courtyard swimming pool, screening room and fitness center. The community will sit above a 511 space underground, five level parking garage, making it one of BPGS Construction’s largest projects to date.
