• The Buccini/Pollin Group and BPGS Construction will bring luxury Hilton’s Curio Collection brand to Austin, Texas with a 27-story boutique hotel development on the northeast corner of Red River Street and 12th street.
•  The project features 382 rooms, a 7th floor Sky Lobby with sweeping views of the capitol building and access to an outdoor terrace, and an infinity pool on the 26th floor with a lower cantilevered lounge area. The Waterloo Hotel also includes multiple culinary venues and bars, a banquet hall, cocktail lounges, fitness facilities, a business center, and multiple high-end amenities.
• Texas-based architecture firm BOKA Powell is leading architecture, master planning, visualization, and branding for the project.
